Turkey reopened its borders for fully vaccinated travelers from India. Everyone who is fully vaccinated with a World Health Organization (WHO)-approved vaccine can skip the 14-day quarantine in Turkey. While Covishield is currently approved, Covaxin awaits approval from the WHO. You have to take the second dose before 14 days and you need to carry your negative Covid RT-PCR certificate for a test taken up to 72 hours before departure.
For non-vaccinated passengers, Tukey has made it mandatory to carry a pre-departure negative RT-PCR certificate. They will also be required to undergo 14-day quarantine at any address or residence of their choice. On the 10th day of the quarantine period, the visitors will undergo testing again, if negative, they will be released from quarantine
